Description: The Department of Mental Health preserved records concerning the 1915 construction of the Board of Administration office building located at Ninth and Oak streets in Columbus, Ohio. The records contain blueprints for the basement, first and second floors, heating, doors, windows, and ceiling. These blueprints are filed in one folder, as received from the agency.
