Description: Local services filed migrant health services reports which document the extent and kinds of health care provided migrant workers at the state's twelve regional health centers. The records consist of reports from the Liberty Health Center in Liberty Center and from the Clinicas Migrantes in Tiffin. The reports contain daily intake records, project proposals, expenditures and budgets, demographic data surveys, and correspondence, including correspondence pertaining to medicaid certification.
