Series Title: General files, 1985-1989
Description: The boards and commissions staff maintained general files that contain routine correspondence between staff from the various boards and commissions of state government and staff from the governor's boards and commission office. The correspondence primarily deals with appointments or reappointments of board and commission members. The files also include transcripts from the Ohio Department of Agriculture's investigation of one of its employees, Dr. Seymour Goldstein; memoranda concerning the Department of Administrative Services' investigation of the Department of Youth Services; correspondence on the selection of members of the Celeste 1986 reelection campaign team; and copies of the governor's schedules.
