As would be expected, something this size was entirely a joint effort. The project started with Christopher A. Yates, formerly with the Archives/Library, researching the idea and developing the initial list of artists, paintings, and images. Ellice Ronsheim and Kim Feinknopf, both of the History Collections staff, and Jennifer Songster, from the Archives/Library, wrote the exhibit text, made the final selection of paintings and images, and designed the exhibit itself. The image scanning was done by Vernon Will, the Chief Conservator for the Archives/Library.
