Tax exempt customers may establish tax exempt status by completing the Request for Sales Tax Exemption form and submitting it by Mail, Fax or E-mail to the Ohio Historical Society Business Office. A copy of your organization's Blanket Tax Exemption must accompany the Sales Tax Exemption form. Customers who wish to purchase items in the online store must be verified by OHS before making purchases.
