last night I heard of your Express Going on with orders, I pursued him overtooke him here, on receiving your orders I imediately wrote to Franklin & Delawar Counties, ordered oute four Companies to the frontiers in Delaware County -- will make arangements for this County to Day -- had almost concluded to send an express to Chillicothe to order oute the Whole requisition of 1100 -- Minute men that were ordered to be raised in the 2d. Division but delayde it untill I could hear from you -- will please to write me by the berer Esqr Guynore-Wheather I shall order oute the whole of these men or not -- you will also state to me how these Companies sent to the frontiers are to be suplied with provision as they will want it imediately -- I want to here your further orders -- Could amunition be got at urbana
