Regiment of the Militia of Hamilton County 6th. He appointed Joseph Lucas a Justice of the Peace in the County of Adams.

On the 10th. Governor St Clair returned from the Atlantic States, and as usual proceeded to issue proclamations &c, but when called on by the Secretary of the Territory for a statement of his official proceedings from that time to the period of his removal from office, he possitively refused to communicate it to the Secretary, as will appear by his Letter on file in the Secretary's office.

On the 15th. of January 1803 The Secretary of the Territory, vested with the powers of Governor and Commander in chief, appointed Luke Foster a Justice of the Peace in and for the County of Hamilton.

He appointed Thomas Scott Clerk of the Court of Quarter Sessions of the County of Ross, and als[o] Protono tary of the Court of Common Pleas of the said County.

He appointed Michael Jones a Judge of the Court of Common Pleas in and for the County of Hamilton.
