And it is hereby made known that every Person detected in the Commission of this Crime shall be prosecuted with the utmost Rigour.

Comissions were made out agreeably to the Appointments in the Orders of the 27th. -- Lieutenant Kibbey's Commission bearing Date the 9th. of December 1791 And those of Captain Woodward, Lieutenants Vance and Wallace and Ensign Freeman up- on the 27th. of December 1791.

Copies of those Records have been transmitted to the President of the United States agreeably to the Resolutions of Congress.
