Dayton Journal, March 30. Close-up and Caption: "Here are pictures taken by The Journal's staff photographer showing the terrific destruction caused by the storm in the upper Miami valley. No. 1 shows the living room at Elmer Cole's residence. No. 2--Clearing roads. No. 3--Lindenwood school, two miles from Greenville, on Fort Recovery road. No. 4--Residence and barn of Ad? Paderbaugh? where Elmer Cole was killed. No. 5--Barn on farm of John H. Olwine? showing dead stock. No. 6--Auto blown 400 feet uphill into cellar. The insert is that of Miss Mary J. Dennison, Dayton teacher, killed while visiting her mother in Lightsville."
